LuckyNode sells digital files (PNG shirt designs). Nothing is shipped, and you receive your download link right after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, all sales are final, with the exceptions below.
When we will fix it or refund you
- The file does not open or is damaged. Contact us and we will send a working file. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund your order.
- The file is not what the listing describes. Tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right or refund you.
- You bought the same design twice by mistake. Contact us within 24 hours and, if you have not downloaded the second copy, we will refund it.
- You never received your download link. Check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend it.
What we cannot refund
- Orders where the file has been downloaded and works as described.
- Changes of mind, or a design that is no longer needed.
- Color differences caused by your screen, printer, ink or fabric. Please run a test print before a large batch.
- Problems caused by software or equipment that cannot open PNG files.
How to ask for help
Send us a message through our Contact page with your order number and a short description (a screenshot helps). We usually reply within 1 to 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
