Digital products

All products sold by LuckyNode are digital downloads (PNG design files). Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

Problems with your file

If your file is damaged, will not download, or is not the design shown in the listing, contact us within 14 days of purchase at amzandrush@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you a working replacement file, or, if we cannot fix the problem, issue a full refund to your original payment method.
